I am currently a second year graduate student in the University Of Houston College Of Optometry’s Physiological Optics and Vision Science program.  My background is clinical and I have included my curriculum vitae.  After practicing as a primary care optometrist for a few years I decided to return to school and work towards a research oriented PhD.  I returned with an open mind but with somewhat of an inclination toward wavefront and ocular aberration related optics.  I currently spend my time in two labs that both satisfy my interests.  My goals for the future are more open ended at this point. I am simply looking to satisfy my analytical inclinations and to create opportunities for myself in the areas of research and/or academics.
